Workplace Chair Yoga (via Zoom)

Yoga sessions during the workday reduce stress, enhance productivity, improve physical health, and increase engagement. Offering regular yoga engagements shows your employees that you value their well-being.

This practice is accessible to all! â€‹

 

Employees can log on from individual computers, or the session can happen in a shared space (i.e., conference room). Each participant will need a non-rolling chair and enough space to stretch their arms out on both sides.

Choose either 15- or 30-minute sessions. Pricing is based on the length of the class and the number of participants​​.
